Privacy for your offer
Your personal offer link provides access to your loan offer. Keep it private and contact HomeSec if it is shared unintentionally.
HomeSec uses the offer information to prepare the document, process the assessment fee through PayPal, obtain signatures through Zoho Sign, and keep the signed offer and signing certificate in the client record. Copies are sent to the signers and issuing HomeSec staff member.
This portal does not use advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Technical records are used to protect the service and investigate failures. Rate-limit records use a pseudonymous hash rather than recording your offer link or name. Hosting and payment/signing providers may keep their own technical records.
